By accessing and using Deploy Studios' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Deploy Studios provides product marketing creative services on a subscription basis. Our services include but are not limited to social media content creation, release notes, podcasts, product demos, and webinar workshops.

3. Subscription Terms

All subscriptions require a minimum 3-month commitment. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum commitment period. Unused credits roll over to the next billing cycle.

4. Intellectual Property

All creative deliverables produced by Deploy Studios for your account become your property upon full payment. Deploy Studios retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension. All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Deploy Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
